Getting Access to CredComply

Two Sign-Ins, Two Audiences

CredNet has two front doors. Your credentialing team signs in to CredComply at admin.credentialnetwork.com. Your providers sign in to CredWallet at app.credentialnetwork.com. The accounts are separate by design: providers keep ownership of their credentials, and your team sees what they share.

Your First Sign-In

1. Watch for your invitation email. Your CredNet implementation contact creates your organization and invites your first administrators by email.
2. Select the link and create your password.
3. Bookmark admin.credentialnetwork.com. That is the address your team will use every day.

Adding the Rest of Your Team

Need another member of your credentialing team added? Email help@credentialnetwork.com with their name and work email address and we will send the invitation.

Getting Your Providers In

Providers do not need a CredComply login. You invite them from CredComply and they accept in CredWallet, which links the two accounts. See Connecting to Provider Accounts for your side of that, and send providers to Connecting to Your Organization for theirs. All a provider needs to get started is a preferred email address.

If You Cannot Sign In

• Check your browser. Chrome and Edge are recommended. Safari has known issues.
• Re-check your credentials, then clear your browser cache and try again.
• Use the password reset link on the sign-in screen.
• Still stuck? Contact support and we will get you back in.
