About Credential Network

Credentialing,finally caught up with healthcare.

We're building the credentialing platform we wish existed when our team lived inside spreadsheets, for the people doing the work, and the patients waiting on care.

How we got here

From a hospital bed to a new mission.

In 2023, our founder Dylan Avatar survived a severe wingsuiting accident and spent weeks in intensive care. Conversations with physicians, nurses, and hospital staff revealed something universal:

Credentialing is inefficient, frustrating, and deeply overdue for innovation.

Once recovered, Dylan partnered with medical software veteran Jeff Falconer to build a digital credentialing platform grounded in real clinical needs and real operational challenges.

Our guiding mission: fix credentialing compliance so healthcare teams remain focused on delivering exceptional care, just as they did for Dylan.

Our story, in our own words.

We listen to administrators and clinicians. Their experiences guide our product decisions and our mission.
