Dylan Avatar
Co-founder & CEO
Eleven years across tech startups, including nine as a founding-team member at a digital credential platform. Started CredNet after a healthcare experience made the industry's credentialing problem personal.
We're building the credentialing platform we wish existed when our team lived inside spreadsheets, for the people doing the work, and the patients waiting on care.
In 2023, our founder Dylan Avatar survived a severe wingsuiting accident and spent weeks in intensive care. Conversations with physicians, nurses, and hospital staff revealed something universal:
Credentialing is inefficient, frustrating, and deeply overdue for innovation.
Once recovered, Dylan partnered with medical software veteran Jeff Falconer to build a digital credentialing platform grounded in real clinical needs and real operational challenges.
Our guiding mission: fix credentialing compliance so healthcare teams remain focused on delivering exceptional care, just as they did for Dylan.
Deep clinical insight, enterprise engineering discipline, and decades of operational experience across healthcare.
