Requesting a document from your provider? Tasks and notifications come instantly from the connected organization to the provider mobile app, with a click of a button.

Yes. Providers will have access to all their documents on the mobile app - CredBinder. The providers can upload, share, export, track and much more

Providers share access securely through the app. You get instant visibility into their credentialing status and documents without chasing down forms.

The provider retains ownership of their Credential Network profile and can continue to manage their credentials. Organizations will be able to retain a record of their credential history.

No download required. Credential Network is fully mobile-friendly—you can complete your entire profile from your phone browser.

Only information needed to get started is the preferred email address. 

No credentials are required from providers. The provider can upload all their credentials at once, or they can also connect with the organization and build their profile by what is already been provided. 

If your password meets the requirements, but you are receving the following error:
The provided password was found in at least one data breach and is not safe to be used
To continue- please select a different password as that one is flagged and shouldn't be re-used.

Whether you are an organization admin or provider follow these steps:

If you are using the WebApp - Check your web browser. We recommend Chrome or Microsoft Edge. 

If you are using iOS/Android or WebApp - Check that your email and password are correct.

If the issue persists, clear your browser cache or reset your password (click forgot password, enter your email and password link will be sent). 

Yes. Credential Network is fully cloud-based, allowing secure access from any device or location. It supports web and mobile interfaces for both administrators and providers.

Credential Network includes centralized credential storage, automated alerts, real-time verifications, provider profiles, document workflows, e-signatures, and compliance dashboards.

It automates license monitoring, credential expirations, task reminders, data imports, and document routing, helping organizations reduce manual work and maintain up-to-date records.

Yes. Credential Network is designed with simplicity in mind. It’s intuitive for all users and accessible via smartphones or tablets, making it easy for providers and admins to complete tasks on the go.

Yes. Credential Network is HIPAA-compliant and follows best practices for data encryption, user access controls, and healthcare-grade data security.

Credential Network uses secure encryption, role-based access, audit logs, and safeguards to ensure only authorized users can access sensitive credentialing information.

Providers and organizations own their data. Credential Network does not share or sell data and only uses it with the user’s consent for credentialing purposes.

Your documents are only yours until you share or connect with an organization. Only authorized credentialing staff within the organization have access to what you have shared. 

Only authorized users within your organization can view or edit provider data. Permissions are role-based.

Creation of your organization is seemless. Pick your administrator(s). Accept Invitation and start building your profiles.

Training and basic implementation is offered with the standard Onboarding package which includes up to 10 hours of support for organizations that range 1-100 providers.

CredNet Academy is an annual subscription that provides monthly web recorded training designed to help users stay current with Credential Network continuously evolving platform.

Clients receive access to Credential Network support where you will have access to our resources via phone (call/text) or email. You will also have access to your own healthcare credentialing assistant - Cienna.

Minimal IT involvement is needed. Credential Network is SaaS-based and ready to use via browser or app.
