CredWallet is free for every provider, and getting in takes three steps. Your organization invites you, you set up your account, and you connect the two. Once you are connected, the credentials you share and the tasks your organization assigns all live in one place.
Step 1: Your Organization Invites You
An administrator at your organization sends the invitation from CredComply. You will get an email with the subject "You've been invited to CredWallet!", sent to the email address your organization has on file for you. Everything starts from that email.

Sign up with the exact email address the invitation was sent to. If you use a different address, the connection request will not appear in your account, and your credentialing team will need to resend the invite to the right address.
Choose How You Want to Set Up
The invitation gives you three ways to create your account. They all reach the same wallet, so pick whichever is easiest and switch between them whenever you like.
Apple and the Apple logo are trademarks of Apple Inc., registered in the U.S. and other countries. App Store is a service mark of Apple Inc. Google Play and the Google Play logo are trademarks of Google LLC.
No download is required. CredWallet works in any modern mobile browser, and on a computer we recommend Chrome or Microsoft Edge. The iOS and Android apps are optional and add conveniences like camera roll uploads.
Step 2: Set Up Your Account
Creating your account takes three quick confirmations. Nothing is shared with anyone until you finish and connect.
- Verify your email address. CredWallet sends a code to the address the invitation went to. Enter it in your open browser window.
- Accept the terms of service.
- Set your password.
Step 3: Connect to Your Organization
Once you are signed in, the invitation is waiting for you. It sits right at the top of your home dashboard under Organizations that want to connect, and you can also reach it from Share in the menu.

- Select Connect next to your organization's name. From the menu, the same request appears under Share.
- Type CONNECT in the confirmation box to confirm you want to share your records.
- Select Connect to finish.

What Happens After You Connect
Your dashboard fills in with data from the organization you just connected to. Expirations they are tracking and tasks they have assigned you appear on your home screen, so you can see what needs attention without waiting to be chased for it.

Your account is now linked. Your organization can see the profile you share and send you record requests and reminders, and you can start uploading your credentials.
Manage Your Connected Organizations
Every organization you have linked appears under Connected Organizations on the Share page with its current status. Your data is encrypted and shared only with the organizations you choose, and you can revoke access at any time. You decide who sees your profile, and for how long.
You are not limited to one organization. Providers who work with more than one group can connect to each of them from the same wallet, including locum work.
