CredWallet turns a photo or PDF of your license, certificate, or any other credential document into organized records on your profile. The AI handles the sorting; you review and approve the results.
Upload a Document
- Open Upload from the sidebar, or choose the Bulk Upload quick action on your home screen.
- Drag and drop your JPEG, PNG, or PDF files into the upload area, or select Browse File to pick them from your device.
- Smart Organization automatically categorizes each document and extracts key information. Then review and approve to save it to your profile.
Track Your Uploads
Every file lands in the Uploaded documents table, where you can see its document type, file size, status, and upload date at a glance. Select View next to a file name to open the original.
Review and Approve
A document marked Needs Review is waiting on you. Open it, check the details the AI extracted, and approve them: nothing is saved to your profile until you confirm it. A quick review keeps your records accurate and fully in your control.
Find Older Documents
Looking for something that is no longer active? Turn on the Show inactive documents toggle above the table to bring inactive files back into view.
