Managing Your Records

Add, review, and organize your credentials from the Records section of CredWallet.

Covers the 12 record categories, adding records by upload or manual entry, reviewing scanned details before saving, and using record cards and the inactive-records toggle.

WhereCredWalletRecords

Every credential you keep in CredWallet lives in Records, found in the sidebar. Each record type has its own category page, so the document an organization asks for is always a couple of taps away.

Find the Right Category

Open Records in the sidebar to expand its 12 categories: Personal Information, Identification & Legal, Certificates, Licenses, Education History, Practices, Professional Liability, Continuing Medical Education, Background Information, Work History, Drug Screen, and Affiliations. Select a category to see the records you already have and to add new ones.

Add a Record

Each category page gives you two ways to add a record:

Each category page offers two ways in: upload a document for AI extraction, or enter the record manually.
  1. "Upload Documents": add a file and let Document Scanning do the typing. We'll scan your document to pre-fill some fields, and you review and edit everything before saving.
  2. "Enter Manually": type the details yourself when you don't have the document on hand.

Either way, nothing is saved to your profile until you confirm the details are right.

Read a Record Card

Saved records appear as cards showing key fields such as the issuer, the issue and expiration dates, and the credential number, along with a status pill. Active means the record is current and part of the profile you share with organizations.

See Older Records

Records that are no longer current stay out of the way by default. Turn on "Show inactive records" on any category page to see them, useful when you need the history behind a renewed license or an expired certificate.
