In CredComply, providers are organized into Groups, the practices and organizations they render care under. Linking a provider to a group associates that provider with the group and the payers the group works with, so enrollments and rosters stay accurate as your organization grows.
Link a Provider from the Provider Profile
- Select Providers in the left sidebar and open the provider you want to link.
- In the provider header, next to the provider's name and profession, you will see the provider's current group memberships.
- Select the "Manage" button beside the group memberships to add the provider to a group or remove them from one.
- Save your changes. The updated memberships appear in the header and in the "Groups" column of the Providers table.
Review a Group's Roster
You can also work from the group side. Select Groups in the sidebar to see every group with its "Providers count" and "Payers count". Open a group and go to its "Providers" tab to see every provider linked to that group.
One Provider, Multiple Groups
A provider is not limited to a single group. Clinicians who practice at more than one location can belong to several groups at once, and every membership shows in the provider header. Use the "Show all groups" filter on the Providers table to narrow the list to a single group when you need a focused view.
Why Group Membership Matters
Group membership drives what rolls up where in CredComply:
- Payers: each group has its own "Payers" tab, and the Payers table shows how many groups each payer is associated with.
- Enrollments: a provider's "Payer enrollment" tab reflects the payers connected through their group memberships, including each enrollment's status, state, effective date, and re-enrollment date.
Keeping group memberships current means your rosters, payer associations, and enrollment tracking stay reliable, whether for one provider or your whole organization.
Your provider has been successfully linked to the selected groups. Their memberships now appear in the provider header and on each group's "Providers" tab, and the right payers and enrollments roll up automatically.
