Check the Expirations Widget
The Expirations widget on your Home screen tells you at a glance whether anything needs attention. When a credential is coming due, it appears here so you can act before the date arrives. When nothing expires in the next 90 days, the widget shows All Clear!, which means all your documents are up to date.

Watch for Record Requests
Expiring credentials matter to your connected organizations, too. When something needs renewing, an organization may send you a record request. It appears in My Tasks on Home with its due date. Select "Start" to begin submitting the updated record. Once you send it, the item moves to the Submitted tab while the organization reviews it, then to Completed when approved.
Update Your Wallet After You Renew
Once you have the new document in hand, there are two ways to bring your record current:
- Upload the new document. Go to Upload and drag and drop the file (JPEG, PNG, or PDF) or select "Browse File". Smart Organization categorizes the document and extracts key information, including the new dates. The document sits in Needs Review until you review and approve it, and then the details are saved to your profile.
- Update the record manually. Open the record's category under Records and choose "Enter Manually" to update fields like Expires At yourself.
Either way, your profile reflects the renewal, and every organization connected to you sees the current record.
