Dylan brings 11 years of tech-startup experience to CredNet, including 9 years as a founding-team member and operations executive at a digital credential platform. After a wingsuit accident in 2023 left him in intensive care, conversations with the physicians and nurses around him surfaced a problem he couldn't unsee: credentialing, the process that decides who can deliver care and who can bill for it, was inefficient, frustrating, and overdue for innovation.
He partnered with medical software veteran Jeff Falconer to build the platform, with a guiding mission to fix credentialing so healthcare teams stay focused on what they do best.
