Credential Network is replacing the legacy stack credentialing teams have lived with for two decades. We're growing fast, and we're hiring a Sales Manager to own the front end of our motion, discovery, demos, and closing, while helping us define what "good" looks like as the team grows.
You'll partner directly with our founders on strategic accounts, run your own pipeline against multi-state health systems and group practices, and build the playbook the next AEs we hire will run.
What you'll do
- Run discovery and demo calls with credentialing directors, ops leaders, and CFOs at clinics, group practices, and health systems.
- Own deals end-to-end from first call to signed contract, including procurement, security review, and BAA negotiations.
- Build and maintain a pipeline against a defined ICP, with clear stages, exit criteria, and forecast hygiene.
- Pair with marketing and product on positioning, objection handling, and the bits of the message that need to evolve.
- Help us hire and ramp the next AEs as we grow, every playbook you write today is what they'll run tomorrow.
What we're looking for
- 5+ years in B2B SaaS sales, with at least 2 years carrying a quota in the $700K+ range against mid-market or enterprise accounts.
- Healthcare or compliance-heavy SaaS experience strongly preferred. Bonus if you've sold into credentialing, payer ops, or RCM teams specifically.
- Comfort with technical buyers. You can hold your own when the conversation turns to integrations, security, or workflow specifics, and know when to bring in an SE or founder.
- Strong written communication. Most of our deals advance through email and quick async notes; you'll spend real time crafting both.
- Builder's mindset. Early-stage means a lot of "figure it out", pipeline gen, sequences, demo flow, contract templates, and you should genuinely enjoy that.
