Staff Full Stack Engineer

Overview

Credential Network is seeking a Staff Full Stack Engineer to build the next generation of credentialing automation for healthcare. This role is ideal for a deeply technical engineer who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about artificial intelligence and distributed systems.

You’ll be part of a dynamic team focused on creating secure, scalable, and intuitive web applications. The right candidate is excited to work hands-on across the stack, build systems from scratch, and influence the product direction.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable web applications using Next.JS and JavaScript

• Design and implement performant backend services using Golang

• Architect and maintain distributed systems and microservices

• Collaborate with UX designers to deliver intuitive user experiences

• Conduct code reviews and promote best engineering practices

• Stay updated on trends in AI, cloud technologies, and web development

• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues with speed and accuracy

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Engineer or Staff Engineer

• Strong command of:

  • Next.JS and JavaScript (Expert level)

  • Golang (Advanced)

  • API development and system integration (Expert)

  • Distributed systems (Advanced)

• Proficient in UX/UI development

• Demonstrated interest in artificial intelligence

• Comfortable working in a collaborative, agile environment

• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

• Must reside in the Spokane, WA 

Technical Skills

• Expert-level proficiency with Next.JS (Required)

• Expert-level proficiency with JavaScript (Required)

• Advanced proficiency with Golang (Required)

• Advanced understanding of Distributed Systems (Required)

• Expert in API Development (Required)

• Proficient in UX Development (Required)

• Interest or exposure to Artificial Intelligence (Desired)
