Credential Network is transforming how credentialing happens across the medical industry. Today, credentialing is a heavily manual, time intensive, and fragmented process. Credentialing specialists and practice administrators are buried in spreadsheets, follow ups, and repetitive administrative work that slows down healthcare delivery.

We are seeking a Customer Account Manager with deep credentialing or practice administration experience who is passionate about improving healthcare operations. This is a relationship driven, mission aligned role that blends customer success, workflow optimization, and product feedback.

This position must be based in Spokane County, Washington. The role will begin on a contractor basis, with strong potential to transition into a full time salaried position with health benefits as the company grows.

Responsibilities

Customer Onboarding and Implementation

  • Guide new clients through platform setup and implementation.
  • Translate existing credentialing workflows into Credential Network’s system.
  • Lead onboarding sessions and product training for credentialing specialists, administrators, and providers.
  • Ensure customers feel confident, supported, and operationally ready.

Ongoing Account Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts.
  • Conduct regular check ins to support adoption, optimization, and long term success.
  • Educate clients on newly released features and evolving functionality.
  • Identify workflow improvements and share best practices.

Customer Discovery and Product Feedback

  • Hold ongoing conversations to uncover pain points and operational gaps.
  • Surface actionable insights to leadership and product teams.
  • Advocate internally for the voice of the customer.
  • Help shape product direction based on real world credentialing needs.

Help Center and Product Testing

    • Contribute to the development and maintenance of Help Center documentation.
    • Create clear user guides, FAQs, and support resources.
    • Test new product features prior to release.
    • Provide structured feedback to ensure alignment with real credentialing workflows.

 

Qualifications

  • Required

    • Minimum 10 years of experience in medical credentialing, payer enrollment, or practice administration.
    • Deep understanding of provider credentialing workflows and payer requirements.
    • Strong relationship building and communication skills.
    • Experience working directly with providers, administrators, and credentialing specialists.
    • Comfort working in a fast paced, evolving startup environment.
    • Must be based in Spokane County, Washington.

    Preferred

    • Experience implementing new software or operational systems within a medical practice or credentialing department.
    • Familiarity with SaaS platforms and workflow automation tools.
    • Strong written communication and documentation skills.
    • High emotional intelligence and a customer first mindset.
