Overview
Credential Network is looking for a high-performing Regional Sales Manager to own revenue growth in the Northwest Region (Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and Montana). You will lead field sales efforts, engage with healthcare organizations, and represent Credential Network at industry conferences.
As a key member of the go-to-market team, you’ll be instrumental in building strategic relationships, driving awareness, and converting opportunities into long-term partnerships.
Responsibilities

Drive new business development and manage the full sales cycle in the Northwest region

Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, health systems, and credentialing decision-makers

Conduct on-site client meetings, product demos, and presentations

Attend and represent Credential Network at regional conferences and trade shows

Collaborate with marketing and customer success to optimize sales strategies

Manage and forecast pipeline activity with accuracy

Provide feedback to the product team based on customer insights
Qualifications
-
5+ years of successful B2B sales experience in the healthcare industry, preferably SaaS
-
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota in a regional sales role

Strong understanding of the healthcare provider ecosystem and credentialing workflows

Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills
-
Willingness to travel within WA, OR, ID, and MT (up to 40%)

Ability to work independently and manage a dynamic territory

Must reside in the Spokane, WA metro area
