We are seeking a visionary and highly skilled AI Developer to join our core team. As a founding member, you will have significant ownership, influence product direction, and contribute directly to the company's success.

Responsibilities

Architect and implement AI/ML solutions: Design, develop, and deploy AI models that enhance the core functionality of our credential network. This could include, but is not limited to:
Credential verification and fraud detection: Develop AI models to identify anomalies, potential fraud, or inconsistencies in credential data.
Personalized credential recommendations: Create intelligent systems to suggest relevant credentials or learning paths based on user profiles and goals.
Natural Language Processing (NLP) for credential parsing: Build NLP models to extract and standardize information from diverse credential formats.
Data analytics and insights: Develop AI-powered tools to derive meaningful insights from aggregated, anonymized credential data.
Enhanced user experience: Explore AI applications for intuitive credential management and interaction.
Research and evaluate emerging AI technologies: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and decentralized AI, and assess their applicability to our platform.
Build scalable and robust AI infrastructure: Design and implement the necessary infrastructure to support the training, deployment, and monitoring of AI models in a production environment.
Collaborate across functions: Work closely with platform, front-end engineers, product managers, and UI/UX designers to integrate AI solutions seamlessly into the credential network.
Define AI strategy and roadmap: Contribute significantly to the overall AI strategy for the company, identifying key opportunities and prioritizing initiatives.
Mentor and grow the team: As a founding member, you will be instrumental in attracting, mentoring, and helping build internal expertise as the company scales.

Qualifications

A passion for the potential of AI to transform digital credentials and empower individuals.
5+ years of experience in developing and deploying AI/ML solutions in a production environment.
Strong foundational knowledge in machine learning algorithms, deep learning, statistical modeling, and data science principles.
Proficiency in relevant AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps practices for deploying and managing AI models.
Familiarity with decentralized technologies, blockchain, or web3 concepts is a significant plus. Experience with verifiable credentials or decentralized identity is highly desirable.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and take ownership in a fast-paced, startup environment.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a pragmatic approach to building innovative solutions.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field. (Ph.D. a plus)
