Every value is read from the state board, statute, or administrative rule, and every page shows its sources and a last-verified date; combinations that have not been verified are not published. Connected organizations may also send you a record request task when a credential needs renewing. After you renew, upload the new document (Smart Organization extracts the new dates) or update the record manually from its category page.
